A great person can change even the least enjoyable experience.

We have a yellow lab Mo who is 95 lbs and has an extremely hard head. One day while I was bending over to love him, he jumped up, hit me in the mouth and cracked my front tooth in half. I called the closest dentist. As we had just moved to the mountains that turned out to be Dr. Mandy.
Dr. Mandy is a happy, outgoing, talented, bike-riding mom of a 1yr old. She ended up becoming one of my good friends. Despite the numerous trips of shots, chipping away at things and who knows what else in my mouth, I still look forward to going to the dentist because of her. It really goes to show you how much impact just one person can make.
Never underestimate your power to make a difference for someone else. It doesn’t have to be a heroic gesture. Sometimes it’s just doing what you do best and lending a helping hand (or dentist chair) to those in need.
