DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?

I don’t have a set morning routine but a few things I always do include my 5 minute journal, my skincare routine (I use Tata Harper’s Essence, MARA Sea Vitamin C Serum and MARA Sea Kale Sunscreen Serum) followed by lots of water and a nice coffee with whole milk and Agent Nateur Holi Mane. I also try and do a few stretches before taking my dog on a walk without my phone. Some days I go to an early workout, other days I head in straight to the office because I like having a little bit of alone time before the team arrives.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?

I have been doing Pilates by Amanda for over 6 years now and it has completely transformed my body. I love pilates in general, but there is something so special and targeted about Pilates by Amanda. I also love her Core Club app and have recently gotten into Silver Springs for hot sculpt classes. Also, I love a good ol fashioned walk around the block after dinner with my dog.

Love Island Season 6. It’s a disease I swear I can’t stop watching and I also can’t catch up because there is a new episode like everyday.

I love love the flared leggings we all wore for our MARA influencer workout in Miami! I also adore this white tennis set (and anything tennis-y for that matter) and a great pair of bike shorts.
