DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
Right now, I’m waking up around 5:30am which I know will change to every two hours soon! I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I can already tell this baby is a night owl from their kicks and somersaults during all hours of the night. I’ll have some breakfast and work for a little bit before our daughters wake up. Once they’re awake, it’s breakfast, packing lunches, and school drop-off. It’s a little chaotic in the morning, but we love it. Then my husband and I head to our studio to film workouts for our new Studio KSL app! Brian films, edits and produces while I get to do what I love most- teach I’m so grateful every day that I get to teach and connect with through movement and wellness.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
I love strength workouts! No matter what I try, I always go back to my roots of weight lifting. I like to sprinkle in Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates, or Barre type classes here and there, but I get the best results and post-workout feeling after a good lift session. KSL actually stands for Kinetics (the science of movement), Strength (physical & emotional strength), and Longevity. It all stems from my love for movement and strength.
