After taking my dogs out and feeding them breakfast, I open all my blinds and let the sun in. I start my day with warm water, lemon, and salt to wake my system up before making myself an oat milk latte. I’m super mindful of not jumping straight to my phone first thing in the morning - no emails, social media, or texts for at least the first 30min of the day.
