DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
I wake up before the kids get up to have a little meditative mindful moment. I set my intentions for the day and mentally go over my schedule. Then I make my bed right away, brush my teeth and do my morning skin care (always ends with SPF). Off to the kitchen to make celery juice with the kids and get their breakfast and lunches ready. I sip PG Tips with oat milk creamer as Jamie (hubs) throws on music - picks a different vibe every morning - and reads or does some art with them. We take turns dropping them at school. No matter what my day is, I try and fit in intuitive movement of some kind. If not I don’t sweat it, and just go on with my work day :)
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Dancing with my kids to a pop song. Oh, and yoga and Pilates!
