Do you have a morning routine? What are the steps?
My morning routine consists of checking off a couple must dos! I wake up and go downstairs to make my three children breakfast and lunch to take to school. As soon as I get that packed, I am usually getting a workout in after. After I drop the kids at school, coffee + breakfast and then answer my emails!
What is your favorite form of movement?
I love variety. My favorite workouts are: Sprints (I mean it!), Rebounding with the Ness, boxing, trail running with my dog Legend and lifting with my trainer Kris.
