DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
Of course - can't go a day without my routine. Wake up around 7am - five minutes of me time (coffee, brush teeth and put on my splits59 uniform) before it's time to get the kiddos up and ready for school and to start my day!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
I love the mixture of weight training (@x-force philadelphia) and then also Pilates!
