DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
Being a trainer for The Sculpt Society, every morning is a little different for me. I honestly can't imagine having a typical 9-5 job and going to an office every day...I don't think I could sit still! Some staples of my morning routine are cuddling my perfect angel dog Lady, having my husband wake Lady and I up ( if I don't have an early morning private ) and coffee! I am SO grateful that I am drinking coffee again because at the beginning of my pregnancy I could not even stand the smell of coffee! It was a tough time for me hahaha! I will typically have some fruit and head off to the subway to go to the TSS studio in Manhattan (I live in Brooklyn) for a live that I am teaching on the TSS app or a private client. Every morning is a variation of this.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
The Sculpt Society! DUH! It is a workout that makes you feel good, and is perfect for every stage of life. I dont do anything else.
