- Have a celery juice
- Workout
- Do a 5-10 minute meditation on the 10% Happier App
- Spend an hour with my boys
- Do 60 seconds of cold water at the end of my shower (like a cold plunge, but more manageable)
- Listen to a podcast while I get ready (pods of choice are Giggly Squad, Skinny Confidential, Gals on the Go, or Ed Mylett)
- Get a cereal milk latte from my favorite local coffee shop the Hive
- Walk to my office
Chantel Gia Poynton:
Depending on what I have going on that day; in the morning I usually have some warm water with lemon, followed by 16oz of celery juice, then some cut up fruit (papaya and watermelon are my favorites). Then it’s time to drop my son off at school. Soon he will be driving himself so I’m relishing these last few morning and afternoon car rides as much as I can. I try to get a strength training workout in before lunch whenever possible. Then I usually make my way into my jewelry design studio to work on new ideas for E⚡️P.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?

Right now I love Rumble boxing classes. The upbeat playlists and moody atmosphere just get me. Plus my husband and I go together on Sunday mornings, it's almost like a little day date. We have 3 kids under 5...so I'll take any date I can get :)
Chantel Gia Poynton:
Dance is my absolute favorite way to move my body. I can often be spotted making dinner while simultaneously shimmying around my kitchen.
