Do you have a morning routine? What are the steps?
My morning routine during the pandemic (I spent most of it in England) was a little different but now I am back in LA and back to work and some normality. Coffee!! I can’t function without it!! I love to put on English TV here in the background (I have the watch uk tv abroad VPN :)) as that cures my homesickness whilst I jump in the shower and get ready. Usually if I have time, I go to the gym downstairs to do my Body By Simone workout app and will have breakfast & more coffee! Then jump on work calls, emails, travel to gigs and prepping my DJ sets. It’s all go now since I have been back in America for these past few weeks which is exciting!
What is your favorite form of movement?
My favorite form of movement is walking it really clears my head & improves my mood plus dancing, running, tennis and doing my BBS workouts. I also love skiing when I have the opportunity!
