DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
In the morning it is always a rush so workouts happen in the afternoon for us. I do start each morning with hot water, lemon and turmeric 5 times a week! With Ava graduating from college in a few days her schedule is CRAZY so we work out together after her Wednesday and Thursday classes. We keep it simple in our mini home gym or sometimes we push each other to hike the canyons.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Mine is trail walks in new places and Ava’s is pilates or yoga.
