DO YOU HAVE A MORNING ROUTINE? WHAT ARE THE STEPS?
First I let my cat into the bedroom and give her scrootches. Next she leads me to the fridge and I feed her. I set my coffee maker on a timer so it’s ready and waiting for me. I sit and drink coffee and try to do some positive visualization for my day for a few minutes before everything becomes hectic, whereupon I take the subway into the city for ballet class and rehearsals.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FORM OF MOVEMENT?
Ballet and walking. I love walking around my neighborhood in Brooklyn. I’m also a big hiker and love spending time in the mountains going on long hikes.
